Join us for a new nautical event celebrating the seas that surround the Isles of Scilly. Championing all waterborne activities, sea life, vast maritime heritage and everything on, in and above the water - it's going to be a fun-fuelled ride!
From kayaking, sailing, paddleboarding, and coasteering to a guided sea swim and swimming with seals around the Eastern Isles – here's what you could be doing:
- Kayak from Bryher to uninhabited Samson – your very own desert island!
- For adrenaline-pumping fun, Kernow Coasteering will take you on an expedition around the rugged coastline.
- Sea safaris with the Wildlife Trust and Sunset Sails onboard a skippered 50ft Bermudan yacht.
- RNLI Lifeboat and crew undertake water demonstrations in St. Mary’s Harbour, as well as offering the opportunity to go aboard and get a tour of the lifeboat afterwards.
- Scilly60 events are a set of Swimruns for all ages and abilities, culminating in the Archipelago Swimrun for the more experienced open water swimmers and trail runners.
- Gig-rowing taster sessions, shipwreck tours, wildlife talks with Isles of Scilly Wildlife Trust, pirate and mermaid games for the children and much more!
