External stairs to property on first floor. First Floor: Hall with doors to kitchen/lounge/diner, double bedroom and separate shower/wc.
Kitchen with fitted dining table where view looks over the countryside and ocean at Porth Hellick Bay. Adjoining Lounge area has TV with DVD player.Double Bedroom has king size bed with bedside tables, wall lamps and wardrobe.
Rental Prices:
2025 (May to October*): £840 per week
*Autumn/Winter discounts from October through to May
