This character cottage has been fully modernised to provide comfortable and spacious accommodation for up to six guests. Features include granite walls, beamed ceilings and wreck timber.

On the first floor is a large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom which includes a bath and separate mains pressure shower cubicle. A further double bedroom and a twin bedroom are serviced by a family shower room.

Downstairs is a large well equipped kitchen and dining area as well as a separate dining room. There is a large comfortable character lounge with a quality and comfortable ‘Parker Knoll, suite. The lounge  leads onto the large airy conservatory, perfect for cooler days and onto the walled, private courtyard which is ideal for al fresco eating. It is equipped with patio table with umbrella and chairs along with sun loungers. There is a further W/C downstairs. There is also a separate snug/reading room, so giving plenty of space for socialising or finding a quiete corner.  

Space heating is provided by thermostatically controlled panel heaters and an electric effect log fire. There is also a garage where guests are welcome to store bikes, kayaks and other equipment and beach toys.
