The Association is a bright and beautiful 2 bedroom self-catering apartment that accommodates 4 people. It is set on the first floor of Warleggan house on Church Street – a unique granite house.

There is a large smart open plan living and kitchen with all the mod cons and under floor heating. The Master bedroom is made up with a King bed, suspended bedside lamps, a dressing table, built in wardrobe and luxurious furnishings. The second bedroom set in dark sumptuous tones and caters for two individuals in twin beds or it alternatively it can also be made up to a super king bed on request. There is a beautifully designed modern large bathroom with a spacious walk-shower and under floor heating.

The apartment is furnished to a high standard and the living room and bedrooms are fitted with Smart Digital TVs so you have everything you need at your finger tips. Sit yourself on the window seat in the living room to enjoy views of Tresco island or simply people watch – it’s the perfect place to watch the world go by.

Centrally located in Hugh Town, it's conveniently located close to all amenities, cafes, restaurants, pubs and of course the beach and playground. Getting off island is no trouble either with the quay just a short stroll away.
