Bounty Ledge is a first floor maisonette with sea views which overlooks St Mary’s harbour out towards Tresco, Bryher and Samson.  It is centrally located in Hugh Town, just 20 metres from Town beach,  and one minute from the shops. There are 3 bedrooms, providing family accommodation for up to 6 persons.  It is also very popular with couples who appreciate the spaciousness.

The accommodation is reached via a self-contained internal staircase, and consists of a lounge, kitchen/diner, and bathroom on the first floor, and 3 bedrooms on the second/top floor.  The lounge is spacious with the lovely view of the harbour, the kitchen appliances also include washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, and cooker.  The bathroom has an electric overbath shower.

There is a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a twin bedded room which has space under the eaves for a fold up bed/cot .

All linen and towels are provided, but please bring beach towels.  Electricity and secure Wifi are included in the tariff and we do not charge a booking fee.

Bicycles can be hired from the cycle shop next door, and  there is a bus stop across the road at Holgates Green, with a regular service to the top end of St Mary’s.  Boat trips to the off islands are barely a five minute walk away from the quay, and Town Beach is just yards from the front door.

Children of any age are welcome; we provide a cot, highchair and stair gate.  Well behaved dogs are also welcome, but we respectfully request not in the bedrooms or on the lounge furniture.
