The private balcony and living room have stunning sea views over the enchanting islands of Tresco, Samson and Bryher. We're situated directly on the coastal path and are a stone's throw away from the sweeping, sandy Porthloo beach. Take a short walk and you'll arrive at a variety of wonderful shops, restaurants, the golf course and daily boat trips from the quay for island hopping adventures.

-Upstairs you'll find the bedrooms with luxury bedding, fitted wardobes, a dressing table and mirror.

-Across the hall is the bathroom with sunken bath and shower over. All linen and towels, including beach towels and wrap-around bath robes, are provided.

-A tea tray set up on arrival by new owners Lynn and Jon.

*The property is accessed via a staircase so may be unsuitable for those with limited availability.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ENQUIRIES MADE THROUGH THIS WEBSITE ABOUT CHOSEN DATES DO NOT GUARANTEE YOUR BOOKING. NO PAYMENTS WILL BE TAKEN, BUT ANY CARD DETAILS SUBMITTED ARE FOR VERIFICATION PURPOSES ONLY.

We'll confirm your booking within 24 hours of receiving your enquiry. To secure your dates, you'll need to pay a non-refundable deposit of £200 per week. The full balance will be due 8 weeks prior to your stay, or immediately if booking within that timeframe. 

Please do not book travel until Lynn from Porthloo House confirms your booking directly and receives your £200 p/w deposit. Provisional bookings remain provisional until the deposit is paid. Please see our full Terms & Conditions of Booking. Our payment method is by bank transfer only.
