Ideally located, this traditional Garrison townhouse is a step away from the amenities of St. Mary's. Rosevear retains its orginal features yet the interior has been fully modernised, including a recently fitted kitchen. For those wishing to explore and enjoy all that the Islands have to offer, you could not choose a more convenient location.  Porthcressa beach is a short walk away as is the historical Garrison for a leisurely walk. We aim to ensure that all our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven & hob, fridge/freezer and Sophie Conran crockery. Outside in our utility room, there is a washing machine and clothes rack; plus our courtyard has a double washing line.

Accessibility

There is a small step leading into the property from Hugh Street which leads to an open plan living area through which access can be gained to the kitchen and bathroom.

There is an open staircase leading to the two bedrooms. In addition to the indoor bathroom there is an outside shower room which can be accessed through the courtyard and up some steps.
