The property enjoys stunning views over Porthmellon Bay towards Tresco -  the perfect spot to while away an hour or two watching the comings & goings of visiting yachts and the movements of the St Mary’s Lifeboat, not to mention the setting of the sun in the western sky.

Each apartment enjoys it’s own private outside space, comfortably equipped with raffia tables & chairs and BBQ’s.

The Apartment enjoys an elevated position, above the beach, and comprises: - Two en-suite bedrooms (one with en-suite shower room, the other with private shower room), fully fitted kitchen with Dishwasher, Double Oven & Washing Machine, Dining Room with seating for six, spacious lounge with sea views. The spacious lounge has a fabulous juliet balcony which helps to perfectly frame the sea views over Porthmellon Beach and stunning sunsets.

The Apartment is located at the foot of Jackson’s Hill and easily accessed via a gentle driveway.
