Boasting sea and beach views, you can drift off to sleep listening to the waves, and stroll across to the beach with your morning coffee.

A superb location on the outskirts of Hugh Town, just a gentle 7 minute stroll to the high street and quay.

Teeki is family owned, managed, serviced & maintained so we can ensure everything is up to standard throughout the season.

The large lounge has lovely views out across the beach.  It's a great spot for watching all the activities at Porthmellon beach, including sailing, paddle boarding, windsurfing and kite-surfing.

The fitted kitchen, with dining table, is fully equipped and the semi open-plan layout incorporates the lounge for a sociable environment.

Off the kitchen is the conservatory/sun lounge, which can also be accessed direct from the front garden - it's the perfect place for off-loading sandy beach kit, walking boots and rucksacks.  Alternatively it's a comfy retreat for reading the papers!

The front garden accommodates a picnic bench - ideal for your afternoon tea, pre-dinner drinks or some alfresco dining.  Not forgetting the enclosed 'sun trap' back garden/yard, with washing line.

The master/ double bedroom has an ensuite, with electric shower. 

The 2 twin rooms are spacious, one has sea views, and all have ample storage and hanging space.

The bathroom is fitted with a bath with overhead shower and large airing cupboard.

With the exception of one of the twin bedrooms, all of the accommodation is on one level.
