Come to Hut 62 for the ultimate Scilly experience
At Hut 62 we have motor boats, sailing boats, stable sit on top kayaks, transparent kayaks, SUPs and pedalboards available to hire by the hour, day or week.
We’re based at Green Bay on Bryher and can deliver to Tresco and St Martin’s. If you’re staying on St Mary’s or St Agnes come up for the day and we’ll get you out on the water.
Our family has been hiring boats from Bryher since 1962. With a wealth of local knowledge, we’ll be able to give you the tips to ensure you have a great time on the water.
SuBoat Hire
Hire your own boat and explore the tranquil clear waters of Scilly at your own pace.
Cruise between the islands, visit uninhabited shores, fish from your boat (fishing lines available to hire), take a picnic, moor up and explore...
The possibilities are endless and with safety boats doing regular patrols and staff always ready to lend a hand if you’re at all unsure, this really is an option available to all.
We hire motor catamarans, small motor boats, a range of sailing dinghies and day boats, stable sit on top kayaks and transparent kayaks, stand up paddleboards and pedalboards. All our equipment is well-serviced and maintained to a high standard.
No previous experience on the water is necessary- we provide buoyancy aids and full safety equipment and give comprehensive instruction on boat handling. We only ask that you’ve got prior knowledge for use of our sailing boats.

Watersports
We’ve got stable sit on top kayaks and transparent kayaks, stand up paddleboards and pedalboards. All our equipment is well-serviced and maintained to a high standard.
The perfect way to explore this beautiful archipelago, immerse yourself in the natural environment and get close to nature. There is an abundance of seabirds, fish and friendly seals. Our watersports equipment will give you the perfect vantage point to see it all.
Our safety boats do regular patrols and our team are always ready to lend a hand if you’re at all unsure. Let us help you get out there and have an adventure.
