This luxury apartment which has one double (with king bed) and one twin bedroom, both with televisions and spacious en-suites that are divided by the living area, enjoy their own individual access to the outside decked area. The lounge, kitchen/diner which is glass fronted to maximise the opportunity to watch all the boating activity in the harbour is very well equipped with modern appliances throughout including a USA style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and 50” smart television. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bookings are taken 11 months in advance as this year’s guests have first refusal on the same week next year with the deposit being due a month after departure if rebooking.
