This striking three-storey Victorian town house forms part of a granite terrace built from money recovered from the wreck of the SS Schiller, one of the largest ocean liners of her time.

Minalto has since been converted into four high-quality apartments, where attention to detail is obvious throughout.

Apartment 1 sleeps four guests in one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, and contains a spacious lounge and a separate dining kitchen, complete with dishwasher.

A modern bathroom, with shower over the bath and heated towel rail, completes the internal layout. 

There is a laundry room at the rear of the building for the four Minalto flats to share.

Situated a mere five-minute level walk from the heart of Hugh Town, Minalto is also convenient for local beaches and the quay, and provides a first-class base for couples of all ages and young families.

Apartment 1 can be booked in conjunction with Apartment 2 for a group of up to eight people.
